ABOUT US

The Mission

At GB Solutions, we don’t just consult; we roll up our sleeves.

We believe that the best results don’t come from endless meetings or theoretical strategies. They come from being close to the work - understanding how your business actually runs, where the friction points are, and how to turn them into opportunities.

We bring together knowledge and experience in operations in logistics, customer support, and marketing, having more than many experiences on how to stack one on top of another to create what only tight, agile and high output teams can achieve. Doing this can help us build systems that make businesses run smoother, faster, smarter, and cheaper - all while preserving a high-output. While we do have certain connections and practices that tend to do the trick, we don’t offer one-size-fits-all packages. We look at what’s really happening in your day-to-day operations - and then build solutions that fit your people, your tools, and your goals.

In logistics, that means making sure every order moves seamlessly from point A to point B, with fewer surprises, clearer insights, and lower costs. In customer support, it means creating processes and automations that make your team’s life easier — and your customers genuinely happier. And in marketing, it means finding what works, cutting what doesn’t, and scaling the channels that actually bring in results.

We’re not the kind of partner who sends reports and disappears.

We’re the kind that joins your Slack, digs into your data, and helps you get things done - because that’s where real progress happens.

We founded GB Solutions on one simple idea:

“Businesses grow best when people who understand the details work directly on solving them. Hands-on. Data-driven. Practical. That’s how we do it.”

Our “Je Ne Sais Quoi”

(french proverb: “I don’t know what”)

This might be a bit of an unusual read. It’s not even salesy, just our take on a couple of things.

First off, why we decided to go on our solutions journey. It started off with us having a coffee and complaining to one another how one or the other thing pissed us off, because there was an everyday business Goliath - you know - a guy telling you that this can’t be done faster since it’s a custom solution. Turns out we both had similar experiences, when we decided not to believe such a guy, and managed to cut time in processes from 2 weeks to 2 hours. I think this was our wake-up call that “Hey, we’re 30, both suffer from impostor syndrome, but aren’t we really good at making things better and faster?”. We talked a bit about a couple of examples we had troubleshooting such times and telling certain people to kindly fuck off. Good times.

Then the idea appeared. What if we made this into a business? Not consulting, because that’s too unproductive. Not agency either, because that isn’t included enough. Solutions, maybe? Yeah, let’s stick with that.

Here’s the gist of the idea of what we agreed upon to go about doing things. It’s unusual, but we make it work.

  1. Get to know the business. Understand the pain points. Join a couple of meetings. Do the work.
  2. Reassess, regroup, report, repair. Once we have a grasp on things, we discuss the next steps with you.
  3. Put on our thinking caps, make some calls, make a battle plan (including time, costs and expected output).
  4. Do the thing.

And finally, we always stick to the “no bullshit” approach. We know that different companies have different strengths and weaknesses; what works best for one, won’t necessarily work best for the other. We’re against making wild promises. If you had an easy 100% growth you’d likely already do it. But we can make an educated guess, run calculations and double down on something that’s likely to cause an improvement.
